TICKETS
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Tickets are only valid for the date and session stated
- Organizers reserve the right to cancel tickets obtained through unauthorized third parties
- Present your QR Code / e-ticket (screenshot or digital) upon entry
VENUE & AUDIENCE
- Audience members are not permitted to enter the competition area (stage)
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue
- Organizers are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings
- Dress code is open, however attire containing elements of discrimination, hate speech, or racial offense will not be permitted entry
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
- The event will be documented by the official WSB Indonesia media team
- By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to the use of their photo or video likeness for event promotional purposes
- The use of drones or professional cameras by external parties requires prior permission from the organizers
FORCE MAJEURE
- Organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, venue, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.)
- Any changes will be communicated through official WSB Indonesia channels
